Conveyancing – Residential Property Pricing

List of Fees/ Charges Excluding VAT:

Our average cost is dependent on the value of the property.  We aim to give a fixed fee for all our services which are provided by either the solicitor or barrister partners.  The legal fees listed below are exclusive of VAT and apply to residential purchases and sales whether freehold or leasehold and also re-mortgages.

On the purchase of a property, for example, our fees would cover all of the legal work required to complete the purchase, including registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty) if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property you are buying is in Wales.

Further information about costs will be provided to each client at the time of instructions and set out clearly in the client care letter.

Please note that the legal fees do not include disbursements – for example, fees to Land Registry or search fees.  Specific information about the disbursements and any VAT applicable to your transaction will be provided at the time of instructions and will be set out in a client care letter.
